We are a Colorado based Public Benefit Company focused on driving positive change within our community. To this end:
Compensation is care. We compensate our collaborators honorably.
We support and engage in Good Business Colorado’s work to drive socially responsible outcomes for Colorado and Colorado businesses.
We are members of National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, an organization built to support thriving co-operative based business models, including worker owned co-ops which are democratically run, 1 person 1 vote companies.
#13 Climate Action
We are a 1% For the Planet company and focus on supporting high impact climate focus organizations. This has included:
Zero Food Print which provides grant funding for Colorado farms to transition to regenerative agriculture and sequester more carbon.
Heavy work with the Regenerative Recovery Coalition
Project Drawdown, a global initiative to map out the most high-impact climate recovery actions we as a species can take
Protecting the forest with indigenous people for The Amazon Conservation Team.

We are an active and founding member of Women in Sustainability, an organization devoted to professional development and creating opportunities for women to help build the world we need.
In our work, we are mindful of the tendency for women business owners to undervalue themselves and their services. As a woman-owned business, we understand firsthand the common challenges many women entrepreneurs face.
