Costs

How We Structure Fitting Engagements.

Our costs, transparently.

We’re not the cheapest option, and we don’t try to be.

Rather, we are designed to “have the backs” of people trying to drive positive change and business.

This means budget conscientiousness, exceedingly competent workflows, secure environments, concierge experience, smooth collaboration with your tax pro, and forward looking scenario planning.

If this resonates, lets talk.

WE PLAN FOR CUSTOM

Wee don't have a price list on our website.

That's intentional, and here's why.

Every business is genuinely different.

Two $500K revenue businesses can have completely different bookkeeping needs. One might be a solo consultant with 100 simple transactions per month and clean books. Another might be a multi-location retail operation with two point-of-sale systems, inventory, payroll for 15 employees, and 8 months of backlog.

Same revenue. Completely different work and workflows.

Publishing a price list would force us into one of two bad positions:

  1. Overcharge the simple business to account for worst-case complexity, or

  2. Undercharge the complex business and deliver subpar service when we realize we can't afford to do the work properly

Neither serves you well.

Here's what we do instead:

We begin with a full diagnostic on your current books in order to produce a custom quote and plan based on your business financials, not someone else's. This means:

  • You pay for what you actually need, not what a package assumes

  • We can deliver exceptional service because the scope and price match reality

  • There are no surprises three months in when we discover your books are more complex than expected

Transparency without price lists:

Even though we don't publish fixed prices, we're completely transparent about ranges and how we calculate pricing:

  • Most monthly bookkeeping clients invest $350–$650/month (with a typical range of $250–$900 depending on complexity)

  • Cleanup projects follow a clear formula: 1.5× your monthly rate × months behind

  • CFO workshops are fixed-price deliverables ranging from $400–$1,500 depending on the workshop.

On a discovery call, we'll give you a narrower range based on your situation. After our $300 diagnostic review (which credits toward your first invoice), you'll get a firm quote with a detailed scope.
